- LIBRARY PROCEDURES
- Members of the Guild are encouraged borrow or return books and/or DVDs from the library at any time whenever the Guild’s meeting room is open. Members may browse the library’s holdings and borrow up to 5 items at a time for 3 weeks.
- All borrowings must be recorded on the "LOAN RECORD FORM" which is kept within the library. This form must be dated when the items are borrowed and again when the items are returned. It is important that members ensure that all items taken from the library are always returned to their correct place on the library shelves.
- PLEASE NOTE:
- Books are arranged on the shelves in alphabetic order by author.
- PWG Demonstrations are filed in DVD albums by date of demonstration.
- ( recent demonstrations can accessed on line under PWG Videos page)
- Commercial DVD’s are filed in a wooden tray in numerical order.
- SEARCHING THE PWG LIBRARY
- Members can browse the holdings of the library by clicking on the appropriate button above and also search the library’s holdings using the Guild’s PC. THE LOAN RECORD FORM An example of the Guild's Record Form is shown below:
